What I was asked to do this evening • Tell the story of how The Stuttering Home Page started • Show the Stuttering Home Page – take a tour and share the challenges to keep it going • Speculate where Internet resources are heading, talk about some of the significant changes I’ve seen in the area of stuttering and where the field is heading

  18. I was discovering tons of resources on the Internet that could enhance my teaching.

  20. Bob Brooks called me into his office • Wanted me to teach his undergraduate stuttering course • Take over some of his clients who stutter • Looking to retire in a few years and wanted me to consider teaching his stuttering courses

  21. It was clear that I was being asked to take over the responsibilities in the area of stuttering for our program and needed to learn a lot and become current
