ATT/Cisco CME Quote Tool ATT Quote Tools currently used in ATT BCS Select for Nortel and Avaya Cisco’s new version will provide complete, turnkey configs and budgetary quotes, including: • Complete CCME portfolio, SMARTNet and AT&T install and Capital leasing options • Very simple, non-technical input, produces configs and quotes in minutes…on customer prem or at the office Cisco tool will launch 10/16 in BCS Select and ABS Select (Cisco ABS exclusive)

ATT/Cisco CME Quote Tool Quotes include AT&T services and Cisco product elements – adds value to ATT field sales and their clients by building the ‘big picture’ • Produce complete configs and quotes in minutes from a laptop • Output of all pertinent ATT paperwork – BOM, SCoW, Contracts, etc. • AT&T services included – project management, installation, staging, training • ATT pricing and margin guidelines are built in • Comprehensive, easy-to-use Help system sourced from CCO Brings parity for Cisco voice quotes in BCS Select and ABS Select

CME Quote Tool -- Status / Timeline • Beta testing nearing completion – ATT field sales and technical, Cisco field technical resources • 10/16 -- Tool launch to BCS and ABS Select via SalesOne • ATT field will download Quote Tool via SalesOne • Communications plan will include: • ATT BCS Marketing Flash and ABS Sales Advisory, as well as SalesOne and ATT/Cisco GTM Portal • Multiple targeted Cisco resources, including MyNewsClips and websites, to reach Cisco leadership and field • Training for ATT field technical sales via MeetingPlace webinars • Week of 10/2 – invitations (email with HTML) with schedule and dial-in info cascaded thru ATT BCS and ABS and to Channels team CAMs and SEs to share with local contacts • 10/9 - 10/19 – 4 webinars conducted by Everyware, ATT and Cisco
