To keep your ASAP user account active, remember to log in every 88 days. Ensure that each user has a unique email address and identify the appropriate Point of Contact for your grant application. Required roles for recipients include Head of Organization, Financial Official, Authorizing Official, and Point of Contact. If changes are needed for existing recipients' DUNS/TIN, contact your FMS Servicing Regional Financial Center. For support and inquiries, visit the ASAP website or contact appropriate RFCs during operational hours.
