This research focuses on improving usability and accessibility on the new site. Key issues addressed include the speed of task completion, intuitive information flow, error correction, and ease of finding products. We also explore how the new site assists users with vision impairments. Our methodology includes heuristic evaluations, accessibility testing, and usability trials, accompanied by quantitative and qualitative analyses from questionnaires, click measurements, and user walkthroughs. The success criteria are based on task completion rates.
