Participating teams will be given the cases on 02/03/12 and will be told which side of the motion they will be proposing on 16/03/12. On the day itself all teams will take part in the first round, debating against another team randomly allocated. Marks will be awarded for identification of ethical concerns, use of clear and logical argument and response to questions. The 2 top scoring teams will enter the final. WHO CAN TAKE PART? In order to participate in the debate you must be a medical student currently studying at one of the 6 participating medical schools If you are an intercalating medical student you may participate, but you must represent your own medical school.
