What we have done in the past… • Brought the first federal funds to the Tidewater area for human services – STOP in 1964 • Have administered millions of dollars for federal, state, and local governments through contracts • Developed the pilot for all Information Centers in the country (1965) The Planning Council, Norfolk VA
