Subscription module with delayed open access options. 5. Comprehensive indexing of content part of global system. 6. Reading Tools for content, based on field and editors' choice. 7. Email notification and commenting ability for readers. 8. Complete context-sensitive online Help support.

  5. Set up e-jurnal ojs • http://journal.ipb.ac.id • Log in sebagai jurnal manager • User dan password: Hubungi staff DKSI • 5 tahap: • 1. Detail journal • 2. Policies • 3. Submission • 4. management • 5. The look

  6. Add Users: oleh jurnal manager • Editors • perlu untuk publish artikel • Reviewers • Authors: • perlu utk input data artikel • Penulis dapat input sendiri sbg author

  7. Submit artikel: • Input data artikel hanya dpt dilakukan oleh user author • Data artikel yg di input: • Judul • Nama penulis • Institusi penulis dan negara • Abstrak • Keyword • Fulltext (pdf,ms word, html) dapat diupload dan dapat di set-up untuk diunduh free atau harus berlanggan untuk dapat mengunduhnya

  8. Upload Siap Publikasi Jurnal OJS • (http://journal.ipb.ac.id ) • User harus berperan sebagai author dan editor (setelah dibuatkan user editor oleh admin kemudian login pada menu enrolment, tambahkan peran sebagai author). • Setelah login, kemudian pilih User – Author

  9. Langkah proses submit artikel: Pilih Section : Article, dan beri checklist pada semua pilihan Submission Checklist.  Lalu klik Save and Continue

  10. Selanjutnya isi file metadata dengan isian nama penulis dan data pribadinya terutama yang diberi *, judul, abstrak dan keywords dari artikel tersebut. Jika penulis lebih dari satu maka klik tombol Add Author dan isi kembali metadatanya.

  11. Upload fulltext dalam format pdf . Klik Browse, plih file yang akan diupload dari direktori anda, klik tombol Upload, tunggu sampai file ditampilkan dalam menu Submission File,  klik Save and Continue.

  12. Langkah selanjutnya memasukan file tambahan jika ada, jika tidak langsung saja klik Save and Continue. • Langkah terakhir Konfirmasi, klik Finish Submission. • Selanjutnya windows akan memberikan pilihan Active Submissions untuk proses jurnal yang belum siap dipublikasikan dan membutuhkan tahapan review lebih lanjut. Dalam hal jurnal yang siap dipublikasikan klik pada menu CLICKING HERE.

  13. Selanjutnya artikel anda sudah tersimpan dalam Galley dan siap dipublikasikan pada edisi jurnal yang sudah dibuat, dan siap dipublikasikan, sebagaimana dalam contoh berikut :

  14. Membuat ISSUE • Login sebagai Editor • Klik menu User Home • Klik Editor • Pada menu ISSUE, klik Create Issue
