Inadditiontotheaboverole,recentstudieshaveprovedthatitisthedeterminantofmyocardial hardness.MyocardialtissueconsistsofHumanCardiacStromalCellsandinterstitialcells.Human CardiacStromalCellsaccountforabout75%ofthevolumeofmyocardialtissue,amongwhich theinterstitialtissueonlyaccountsfor25%ofthevolumeofmyocardialtissue,butthenumber ofHumanCardiacStromalCellsistwicethatofHumanCardiacStromalCells,including endothelialcells,vascularsmoothmusclecellsandfibroblasts.Accordingtothedistributionand functionofcollageninmyocardium,itcanbedividedintointerstitialcollagen,basalmembrane collagenandextracellularcollagen,amongwhichinterstitialcollagenisthemaintype. MyocardialinterstitialcollageniscomposedofcollagentypeI~VI,mainlyfortypeI(80%)and Ⅲtype(11%),collagen,issecretedbyfibroblastsynthesis;Inaddition,smallamountsoftypeIV andVaresecretedbyfibroblastsandcardiomyocytes.TypeVIcollagenissynthesizedby fibroblastsandendothelialcells.Underphysiologicalconditions,collagenrenewalisveryslow withahalf-lifeof80-120days,butcollagendegradationissignificantlyacceleratedwhentissueis rapidlyreconstructed. ThegrowthofHumanCardiacStromalCellsandinterstitialcellshavetheirownregulatory mechanisms,whichareindependentofeachother.TheproliferationofHumanCardiacStromal Cellsmaynotbeaccompaniedbytheproliferationofinterstitialcells,andtheproliferationof interstitialcellsmaynotbeaccompaniedbythehypertrophyofHumanCardiacStromalCells,but thesetwopartsareregulatedbythehormonesofgrowthfactors.Cardiachypertrophyisa responseofcardiacmyocytesandcardiacinterstitialcellstohormonesandgrowthfactors.The
combinationofthesepro-cardiachypertrophyfactorswiththereceptorcausesconformationalcombinationofthesepro-cardiachypertrophyfactorswiththereceptorcausesconformational changesofthereceptor,activatesthecorrespondingproteinkinase,andphosphorylatessome specifictranscriptionfactors,soastotransmitthegrowthfactorsignaltothenucleus,regulate geneexpressionatthetranscriptionlevel,andgeneratetheresponseofcardiacmyocytesand interstitialcells.
