Clickers • Data was uploaded Friday last week • Make sure you have some data • Some classes had 0 for everyone • I will review those and remove those for which everyone got a o • If no data check your clicker ID • System keeps track of unregistered IDs and will upload the date when it find a new ID to match to a student

  5. Mid-term • One and a half weeks! • Wednesday Feb 26 • Covers through this Wednesday’s lecture material • 100 pts • Format • 5 - 15 T/F worth 1 pt each • 5 - 15 Multiple choice worth 1 pt each • 5 - 15 Fill in the Blank worth 1-2 pts each • 2 - 10 Short Answer worth 2-4 pts each • 1 - 2Essay worth 10-20 pts each • Exams.htm

  6. Essay question: • Opening paragraph • Ask question to be answered • State a thesis to be substantiated • Support paragraph(s) • 1 or more paragraphs supporting your opening paragraph • Closing paragraph • Restate what you have just argued

  7. HW4 • Due March 10 • This is a big one! • 40 pts!

Lab 6: Final Team Project • Mandatory attendance! • Team project • Form teams • Random draw selection • Start project ideas • Deliverable at end of lab • Team Name • Team Signatures form • Filled, printed and signed • One per team, turned in by the team captain • Moodle: • everyone puts team name • Captain uploads copy of the team name form • Separate area • 10 pts for the above being done correctly • Beginning of next lab • Team project proposal • Proposal form with team signatures • Will review during lab and OK with team captains • Moodle • Team project name (all) • Team project proposal form uploaded by the team captain • 10 pts for the above done correctly
