Julie Harlin’s life journey began in Corpus Christi, Texas, where she nurtured her passion for agriculture and education. Raised on a 10-acre farm, she engaged in 4-H and FFA programs, showcasing her leadership as a chapter president. With a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree from Texas A&M University, she became an inspirational high school AGSC teacher and received the prestigious American FFA Degree. Julie holds a Ph.D. from Oklahoma State University and is a champion for youth development through agriculture and horsemanship.
