How can I request a customization? • Pharmacy ADPAC VistA option Select Pharmacy Data Management Option: Order Check Management : Request Changes to Enhanced Order Check Database: Select one of the following: N         New Drug Interaction S         Drug Interaction Severity Change T         Duplicate Therapy Change D         Dosing Change New Drug Interaction Enter Interacting Drug Names (free text):
