Teaching Leads to Godly Living • Titus 2:11-12 Actions from instructions • 1 Tim. 4:6-7 Good minister teaches it • 1 Pet. 4:1-6 Examples of ungodliness • Immodest dress & enticement to lust • Pornography, nudity in media & cyber-sex • Dancing & lustful touching • Drinking (habitual & recreational) • Foul language & filthiness • Not to be named among saints (Eph. 5:3f)

Godliness Leads to Hope • If we have a hope of heaven, we will not live like the world (1 Jn. 2:15-16) • If we have a hope of heaven, we will liveas those looking to & for God • Titus 2:13 Looking for our hope • 1 Tim. 4:8-10 Godliness & life to come • 2 Pet. 3:11-13 Seeing all this to be burned • Do our lives reflect a heavenly hope?
