Meeting Agenda 3-14-13 • Raw materials all here yet? – Piotr, Meka, Shayne • Go over A.L. • Test Plan - Tati • Risk Assessment - Meka • WBS & Gantt Chart - Rushil • 3-week plan – Shannon • DAQ ready to order - Jordan • Go over CN & EM • Prepare for Neal • Good to change his meeting to 7-8 instead of 8-9?? • Schedule for next couple of weeks – how has it changed since last week • Risk assessment has trigger dates? – what is coming up in next couple of weeks? • Any other issues we want to discuss with him

  2. Neal’s meeting agenda format • The Schedule with particular attention to how we have diverged from the plan as discussed the previous week. • The plan for the next week or two showing the impact of the divergence and the plan to compensate, along with the activities for each team member. • The Risk Matrix with particular attention to high risk issues, and those with a trigger date within the next week or two, and the readiness to implement mitigation or contingency plans. • Other issues that are of concern.  This may drive new issues for the risk matrix.
