Release of Responsibilities • Collaborate for schedule • 12 week placement sample • Week 1- Observation • Week 2- Assume planning and teaching area for one subject area or class • Week 3- Assume planning and teaching for second subject area or class • Week 4 - Assume planning and teaching for third subject area or class • Week 5 – Add remaining instructional responsibilities • Weeks 6-11- Continue full teaching responsibilities • Week 12- Continue teaching responsibilities, unless the unit of study makes a logical break for the classroom teacher to reassume teaching
