Go to Attendance Module

Go to Attendance Module. Any child that was absent will read Past Due . Hit add follow-up. Select Attendance Notes. Date will be the day you contacted parent. Add what parent said. Will look like this after you put in notes. Go back and and select Attendance Notes.

  1. Go to Attendance Module

  2. Any child that was absent will read Past Due Hit add follow-up

  3. Select Attendance Notes

  4. Date will be the day you contacted parent

  5. Add what parent said

  6. Will look like this after you put in notes.

  7. Go back and and select Attendance Notes

  8. Select date it was completed

  9. Child Plus will automatically change it to complete.
