Using the ATTENDANCE MODULE of the SMS. How to Enter the Students’ Attendance in SMS. Go to Student Progress ; Select Attendance ; and Click on Student Absent. Click on Timetable. Current date will appear automatically. Select the course and click OK.

  2. How to Enter the Students’ Attendance in SMS

  3. Go to Student Progress; Select Attendance; and Click on Student Absent

  4. Click on Timetable Current date will appear automatically

  5. Select the course and click OK

  6. Click on Seat No. The list of students will appear

  7. Tick on absent flag against the students who are absent.

  8. Click OK after selecting the absent students and Save the record. Percentage of absence will be continuously updated and displayed if absenteeism crosses 10%.

  9. How to Enter the Students’ Attendance for previous dates

  10. Click on Timetable and select the course Click on Absent date and select the date for entry of previous attendance

  11. Tick on absent flag against the student absent and click on OK

  12. Click on Save record

  13. How to generate the warning query

  14. Click on Attendance and select on Student warning query

  15. Click on Execute query. Student name with the warning percentage will be displayed. Click on Enter Query Type 1,2 or 3 on warning type

  16. How to generate the warning letter

  17. Go to Student Progress; Select Attendance; and Click on Student Warning Letter

  18. Enter query and enter Student ID whose Warning letter has to be generated. Click on execute query

  19. Click on Print warning letter Click on print warning letter

  20. How to delete the absence of students with excuses

  21. 2. Type the date on which absent has to be cancelled in the absent date field. 3. Click on timetable to select the course 1. Click on enter query

  22. Click on execute query ,the list of student who were absent on given date will be displayed.

  23. 2. Click on delete record 1.Select the name of the student whose absence is to be deleted.
