GLOSERVE CONSULTING Zero Invoice Guarantee Commitment, Confidence and ZERO INVOICE – Guarantee We understand that many customers / clients may not have expertise and or time to evaluate the advanced SAP Skills of the consultant and they rely on Consulting companies to ensure the quality of the consultant. However, even with the top Consulting Brands, the result is not always satisfactory. The alternative service level terms and conditions can also be cumbersome to draft and even more difficult to monitor and enforce. Hence we offer a ZERO INVOICE cancellation period. During this period, should a customer decide to cancel an order for Consulting Services, we will waive all consulting charges for the order. The length of this period depends on the Order Duration. This is detailed in Appendix A.
