  3. Intent to Campaign Form • Submitted during filing • Will be emailed before the start of campaigning to confirm • Only allowed in the halls you signed up for • Checked after each night of campaigning • Inconsistencies will be handled by SGA Election Commission

  4. Dates • 27 Sept. – Confirmations sent • 28 Sept. – Northside Campaigning • 29 Sept. – Southside Campaigning

  5. “Campaigner Cards” • Each campaigner must have one at all times • Ticket into every hall • Must be signed by hall escort • Name • Time in • Time out • No card => Removal from hall and Candidate reported to Election Commission • Read the card when you get it!

  6. Nightly Itinerary • 6:30 pm – Check In Opens • 7:00 pm – Halls Open • 9:00 pm – Halls Close • 9:30 pm – Deadline for Check Out

  7. Check In / Out • Locations • Northside– A3 Lounge • Southside – RHA Office, Commons Room 159 • Check In • Candidate or Campaign Manager sign for “campaigner cards” and for attendance • Check Out • Candidate returns all “campaigner cards” • I will not hunt you down • Missing “campaigner cards” will be handled appropriately by the SGA Election Commission

  8. Rules • “Stop Signs” • Obey them like the law • Will clearly state residents class year and campaign wishes • NO “stop sign” => NO Problem • Hall Bulletin Boards • NO posting anything • Escorts • Must be with you while campaigning • Considered trespassing otherwise • Listen to them

  9. Rules Cont. • Quiet Hours • Campus wide hall quiet hours start at 8:00 pm • Be mindful of how loud you are while in the halls • Be respectful of residents
