  6. 1.2 Roles definition The roles and responsibility are defined as follows. 1.2.1 Consulting company 1) Consulting company will manage the progress of overall consulting works. 2) Consulting team will carry out consulting works, identify customizing areas and design them. A. Process diagnosis B. Process analysis C. Application D. Transfer 3) Development teamwill add or develop customized new functions or additional development items to package. 1.2.2 Client and contact person 1) The dedicated contact persons will support overall project works. 2) Working Group A. Supply of data related to consulting and system implementation B. Creation and driving of to-be process C. Creation of consulting data(as-is analysis, standard data, common data, work definition, other data) D. Consulting document approval

  7. 2. Consulting scope and schedule • 2.1 Consulting scope • The scope of the project is the consulting service on client’s transaction work process and the implementation of proERP system. Also, the scope includes the consulting service on Database Service and Client Application under Client and Server environment and the deployment of proERP. The sub-system for system development is defined as follows.
