CRS Lessons Learned • How to utilize AHCCCS Online (change in website design shortly after go live made it difficult to locate the CRS enrollment information). • Members, PCP, RBHA and Specialists communication • Start early and communicate often • Include as many downstream resources so they all hear/see the same thing • Don’t assume providers/members are aware of AHCCCS program changes or understand the nuances of Medicaid, CRS or RBHA system.
