  12. Importance of Portfolio ALL OF THESE COMPONENTS WILL BE EXPECTED TO BE INCLUDED IN EACH STUDENT’S PORTFOLIO FOR THE FOLLOWING SCHOOL YEAR

  13. For Example, if I am currently a 10th grader by the time I am a senior my portfolio will contain:

  14. 2 narrative writing pieces plus 1 personal statement • Documentation of my completed 40 student service hours • Documentation of my parents/guardians completed 140 service hours • Documentation of my senior commitment form

  15. Documentation of professional e-mail drafts and finalized drafts of my resume and brag sheet • Documentation of 5 completed transcript reviews, 5 completed A-G credit checks, 3 college application confirmation pages, typed EOP questions, FAFSA confirmation page

  16. A total of 7 academic artifacts (two in 10th, two in 11th grade, and 3 in 12th grade) • A minimum of 3 achievements accompanied by a written reflection • A total of 3 personal vision collages • 2typed professional letters addressed to the Exit Interview Committee and 1 Exit Interview Reflective Essay • 1 portfolio cover letter
