Diagnosticul de laborator • Recoltarea de probe se face cu respectarea măsurilor de protecţie a muncii şi mediului • Materiale patologice: • cadavre întregi • organe : aparat digestiv – stomac glandular, triturator, intestin; aparat respirator: trahee, pulmon; sistem nervos: encefal • Pregătirea materialului pentru identificarea virală • triturare, omogenizare cu SF • centrifugare (6000 rpm, 45 min) • aseptizarea supernatant cu antibiotice (penicilină 1000 UI/ml, streptomicină 1000 /ml)

  9. Diagnosticul de laborator Izolarea şi identificarea virusului - reactia dehemaglutinare - HA - cultivarea pe ouă embrionate, culturi celulare - infecţia experimentală - microscopia electronică - PCR - imunohistochimia - hibridizarea in situ
