  4. How do we get to the 21st Century? Kids are already there!

  5. Purpose of Study Group: The Critical Study Process provides a systematic method for collecting, analyzing, and evaluating data in order to set learning priorities. This school-wide process encourages ongoing examination of our school‘s goals and objectives.

  6. Whole Faculty Study Groups,the Structure for Staff Development & School Improvement • The entire faculty is divided into study groups • The study groups are cross grade level • The selected areas of study should directly impact student learning and achievement. • Based on areas of identified need, each group chooses, plans, and implements its area of study.

  7. The group meets weekly for one hour • These research findings are presented at the end of the year at the State of the School Address. • The membership of each group remains unchanged for the academic school year.
