Bill to ID - Manage by Group The Manage by Groupscreen allows you to: Create a New Group Or, choose an existing group and select: • Add individuals or Bill to IDs to the group • Add individuals or Bill to IDs to the group and enable support access • Remove support access from the group • Delete individuals or Bill to IDs from the group • Rename the group • Delete the group • Share / Unshare group
Bill to ID - Manage by Group: Create New Group To Create a New Group using the Manage by Group screen: 1 • Screen 1 of 3: • Enter a group name and description. 2 3 • Click on the Next button. • Screen 2 of 3: • Select the Bill to ID(s) to add to the group. 4 • Click on either the Add Bill to IDs or on the Add Bill to IDs and Enable Support Accessbutton. • Screen 3 of 3: • Select the individuals to add to the group. 5 • Click on the Submit button. 6 Note: If you cannot locate a Bill to ID in the tool, you are not set up to manage it.
Bill to ID - Manage by Group: Add Bill to ID to Group To Add Bill to ID(s) to a Group using the Manage by Group screen: 1 • Screen 1 of 2: • Choose a group. 3 2 • Select Add Bill to ID to group (does not provide support access). • Click on the Submit button. • Screen 2 of 2: • Select the Bill to ID(s) to add to the group. 4 • Click on the Submit button. A success message will be displayed. An email confirmationwill be sent to all Administrators for the Bill to ID(s) as well as each individual in the group. 5 Note: You cannot see a Bill to ID in the tool unless that number is in your Cisco.com profile and you are set up to manage it. See slide 70 for how to add Bill to IDs to your profile.

To Remove Support Access from a Group using the Manage by Group screen: Bill to ID - Manage by Group: Remove Support Access from Group 1 • Screen 1 of 2: • Choose a group. 3 • Select Remove support access from group (does not delete BIDs from group). 2 • Click on the Submit button. • Screen 2 of 2: • Select the Bill to ID(s) to remove access from. 4 • Click on the Submit button. A success message will be displayed. An email confirmationwill be sent to all Administrators for the Bill to ID(s) as well as each individual in the group. 5 Note: You cannot see a Bill to ID in the tool unless that number is in your Cisco.com profile and you are set up to manage it. Bill to ID - Manage by Group: Delete Group To Delete a Group using the Manage by Group screen: 1 3 • Screen 1 of 2: • Choose a group. • Select Delete group (Note: deleting a group does not delete the Bill to IDs or support access from the Cisco.com profiles of the individuals in the group). 2 • Click on the Submit button. • Screen 2 of 2: • Click on the Yes button. 4
Bill to ID - Manage by Group: Share / Unshare Group To Share/Unshare a Group using the Manage by Group screen: 1 • Screen 1 of 2: • Choose a group. 3 • Select Share/Unshare group. 2 • Click on the Submit button. • Screen 2 of 2: • To Share • Click Share Group Access and Enter the CCO id to share • To UnShare 4 4 • Click on the Unshare Group Access and select Administrators to Unshare. 5
