The Ancient Migration of Native Americans: Understanding the Land Bridge and Cultural Regions

Approximately 30,000 years ago, Native Americans migrated to North America via a land bridge known as Beringia, exposed during the Ice Age when ocean levels dropped. Hunting mammoths and other animals, they moved southward as temperatures warmed and glaciers melted. By the 1400s, millions inhabited diverse cultural regions, each reflecting adaptation to their environments. They formed societies with shared languages and lifestyles, and maintained a profound spiritual connection to nature, believing in harmony and balance with the earth rather than land ownership. This presentation aims to explore these rich histories.
