  4. It is created with data mining methods and tells us which new customers are likely to return and which are probably one timer.

  5. A forecast model is used to calculate how much profit a predictive retention campaign will generate by calculating total number of customers and how much retention campaign will cost per contact.

  6. It also tells us response rate of campaign which depends on design and execution of each customer contact.
