Choose “Grouping” then “Ungroup” in the dialog box 3. To re-group; mark all the separate elements by holding down shift while clicking on each one or left-click beside the object and drag the arrow over it. Then right-click and choose “Grouping” and “Group”.

Choose “Grouping” then “Ungroup” under Size, Rotation and Ordering in the Formatting Palette. 3. To re-group, mark all the separate elements by holding shift down while clicking on each of them or left-click beside the object and drag the arrow over it. Then choose “Grouping” and “Group” in the Formatting Palette.

  5. CUSTOMIZATION GUIDE CHANGEING COLOURS OF OBJECTS 2 3 1 1. Right click on the object 2. Choose Format Shape in the dialog box 3. Choose “Fill” in the Format Shape box then “Solid” or “Gradient” depending on the appearance of the object. Change colour as shown in the picture.

  6. CUSTOMIZATION GUIDE ALIGNOBJECTS 1 2 1. Mark both objects by holding shift down and clicking on each one. 2. Choose “Align” in the Formatting Palette under Size, Rotation and Ordering as shown in the picture.

  7. CUSTOMIZATION GUIDE ARRANGEOBJECTS 1 2 1. Right-click on the object you want to arrange. 2. Choose “Arrange” in the dialog box then choose the position you would like to arrange the object to.

  8. CUSTOMIZATION GUIDE SCALEOBJECTS 1. Left-click on the object. Move the arrow over one of the points on the the marked area as shown in the picture. 2. Hold the left mousebutton in while dragging the marked area in or out to scale the object. To scale proportionally hold shift in while dragging!

  9. CUSTOMIZATION GUIDE EDITTEXT 2 3 1 1. Right-click on the text box. 2. Choose “Format Text” in the dialog box. 3. Change size by changing the number under “Font size” in the Format Text box.

  10. CUSTOMIZATION GUIDE EDITTEXT – WITH THE FORMATTING PALETTE 2 1 1. Mark the text box by left-clicking on the edge of the box 2. To change text size go under Font in the Formatting Palette and change the number under “Size” to make it larger or smaller.

  12. CUSTOMIZATION GUIDE EDIT COLOUR - INSIDE A GROUP 1 2 1. Double-click on the object you would like to change inside the group. 2. In the Format Picture box, choose “Fill” and then change the color as the picture shows.

Then left-click on the object inside the group you would like to change color on. 3. Under Colors, Weights and Fills choose “Fill” and “Color” to change the color of the object.
