  1. Setup & Customization Guide Click on the blue button in the corner to see the next page.

  2. Before You Start… You’ll need Internet access, plus your user name and password—you’ll find these in the reply message you received from CUNA when you subscribed. Sample Message Thank you for subscribing to Anytime Adviser. Use this link to add Anytime Adviser to your site: http://anytime.cuna.org/01234/index.php Log in to this link to customize Anytime Adviser for you credit union: http://anytime.cuna.org/cu_admin/index.php Use the following credentials to log in: username: 001234 password: testing1

  3. Open Two Browser Windows Now open two Internet browser windows. In the first, go to your credit union home page. You’ll use the second to open your online setup and customization page.

  4. Visit your setup and customization page online at http://anytime.cuna.org/cu_admin/ Then type in your User Name and Password. Access Setup Page 012345 ******

  5. If you get the following message, you may have mistyped. Try again, or e-mail cuna@pmds.com for your User Name and Password.

  6. When you see this screen, you’re in the right spot. Select: 1. Setup & Customization

  7. Customization Scroll down the page until you find instructions for customizing Anytime Adviser.

  8. Display Name The Display name appears at the top of all coaches. For best appearance, use only 28 characters. Type your credit union’s name in the Display Name box, and select . Type credit union name. Stark Federal Credit Union

  9. Home Page Link Now copy the URL for your home page and paste it in the blank for your home page link. (You can copy the URL from a second browser window.) Remember to click . Copy URL of CU page. Paste URL here. http://www.starkcu.org

  10. Display Name To see how it looks, click on View Coaches with My Settings. A separate window will open.

  11. Offer Coach Back to customizing, your first option is whether or not to offer this coach. The default is YES.To offer this coach, do nothing. If you change to NO, the link to this coach will not appear on the opening page.

  12. New Car Label #1 In each coach, you can build two additional links. For each link, type in a “label” (linking phrase). Then click . Type in linking phrase. Check Our Rates

  13. New Car Link #1 Now paste in the URL from the page on your site that it should link to. (You can copy the URL from a second browser window.) Remember to click . Copy URL of CU page. Paste URL here. http://www.robinsfcu.org/Rates/autoloanrates.htm

  14. New Car Link #1 Check your link. Scroll up to “View Coaches with My Settings” and select the New Car Buying Coach.

  16. Allow External Links Your final option regards resource links to external Web sites. The default is YES. To offer links, do nothing. Remember to update URLs in links anytime your Webmaster renames pages.

  17. Link to Anytime Adviser Now, you’re ready to place links TO Anytime Adviser from your credit union Web site. You have the option of creating several links—to the suite of coaches and to individual coaches. Have your Webmaster install these links.

  18. Home Page Link Consider placing a link on your home page to the suite of Anytime Adviser coaches.

  19. Individual Coach Links Also, you can link to any coach individually—with logo buttons, text links, or drop-down menus.
