Internet Mobile & Wireless LAN Service Mobile & Wireless LAN Services • Retrieve various materials • Checkout information • Notice details • Bulletin board • Wireless LAN is installed in the library building, so that laptop computer users can access the Internet in both the reading rooms and reference rooms Mobile Student ID(two-dimensional barcode)

User Education • CNU Library educates library users to help them to search academic information effectively and make the best use of materials Subjects • Undergraduates, Graduates, Faculty members Education Hours • Regular Class : Every Wednesday during the semester : 14:00~16:00 • Customized Class : CNU library provides education to individual departments or • a class that visits the library and requests this education Contents • A general orientation of the CNU library • How to use the library website • How to use WEB database • How to use original text information(academic journals/theses) • How to use interlibrary loans and document delivery services User Education Service

Seat Assignment System Seat Assignment System • CNU Library has a Seat Assignment System that prevents one Person from exclusively occupying seats. • It manages the reading rooms effectively through One Seat for One Person System Subjects • Undergraduates, Faculty and others • Students on leave and CNU graduates • Outsiders needs to sign up for library membership or can use free seats Duration • 6 hours at a time(extensible twice) Contents • Issuing Seat Ticket • After checking Student ID & fingerprints(sign up) → Selection of Reading Rooms(Touch Screen) • → Selection of Seat Number(Touch Screen) → Printing out of Seat Numbers • Extension of the Seat • After scanning the seat ticket, select “Extension” and then choose “Yes” • An extension available two hours before the expiration time and is applied from the expiration time • Returning the Seat, “Checkout” • Complete checking out by scanning the seat ticket on the checkout machine
