Adopt a Squirrel Monkey: Vote for Its Name!

This year, the Sol Feinstone Elementary Green Team is excited to adopt a squirrel monkey through the Philadelphia Zoo! Squirrel monkeys reside in the Amazon Rainforest, living in groups and making playful sounds. At lunch, you’ll have the opportunity to vote for its name – choose between Fig, Ginger, or Fluffy Pants! Voting takes place this week during lunch in the cafeteria. Remember, you can only vote once, and don’t forget to write your name on your ballot to enter for a chance to win a special prize. Special thanks to the Sol Feinstone PTO for their support in this project!

  3. FACTS ABOUT SQUIRREL MONKEYS-Live in the Amazon Rainforest-Live in the canopy of the forest-Shy animals-Live in groups of 10-70-Make squeaks and peeps-Shriek when afraid-Habitats are threatened by deforestation

  4. At lunch you will have a chance to vote for the name.The choices areFIG GINGERFLUFFY PANTS

  5. Where should I vote?Cast your vote in the cafeteria at lunch time.

  6. How many times may I vote?You are only permitted to vote one time.

  7. How long will I have a chance to vote?Voting will take place this week only at lunch time.

  8. Write your name on your ballot for a chance to win a special prize!
