  7. Presentation and discussion of the revised versions of the materials Everybody in the group presented the „new“ version of the materials and Petr and Nara have brought the „new new“ version.

  8. Comments from the group on the activities The group have discussed the „new“ versions of Camelia`s, Piret`s and Petr`s materials. Suggestions for Camelia: exploiting more the teacher`s notes section. Suggestions for Piret: rationale needs to be added, Teacher`s notes need to be expanded as for the methodology. Suggestions for Petr:Teacher`s notes need to be made more explicit. The goals and aims are to be made more explicit. Suggestions for Nara: more explicit links to the dimension are needed, as well as dividing the materials into segments. There are still possibilities of extending the activities in the Teacher`s notes. Review the introductory part, make it shorter. The group have not heard about Ksenia`s piloting, that is why no comments were stated on their behalf.

  9. Camelia has piloted her own, Piret`s and Nara`s materials and provided the group with the evaluation sheet. Presentation of piloting and discussion Piret has piloted her own, Petr`s and Camelia`s materials and provided the group with the evaluation sheet. Nara has piloted her own materials and is going to pilot the rest of the team`s materials. She is about to provide the group with the evaluation sheet. Petr has piloted his own materials. He is about to provide the group with the evaluation sheet. The group have no information about Ksenia`s piloting.

  10. The feedback for all piloted materials was positive. Evaluation of the activities Hurrah!!!!

  11. Difficulties with implementation of plurilingualism and pluriculturalism • socio-political context of the country (e.g. Nationalism,monocultural, ignorant and/or reluctant students, etc) • Time, loaded syllabi, exams • Group size

Suggestions for changes in teacher education • developing awareness • being persuasive with education administrators as for the issue (e.g. Countrywide teacher- training programmses related to the issue of pluriculturalism • introducing elective courses , special segments in language teacer education curriculum and pedagogical education in general
