  3. 802.16m Closing Report (Session #55) • Results for the week: • Resolve several comments on EMD – Done, revised EMD, IEEE 802.16m-002r2 to be issued • Review Relay Ad Hoc report in Joint Session with TGj (Tuesday AM) and make TGm Relay decision – Done –Multi-Hop (more than 2) Tree Architecture to be adopted, other methods to be investigated if benefits can be shown. Also adopted some relay related text into SDD. • Resolve Comments on SDD – Done - accepted database IEEE 802.16m-08/018r2, and authorized editor to issue a revised SDD, IEEE 802.16m- 08/003r2 IEEE 802.16m-08/021

  4. 802.16m Closing Report (Session #55) • Results for the week: • Review Downlink PHY and DL Control Rapporteur Group outputs, decide on approach & SDD text (breakout sessions) – Done - Adopted the text contained in contributions C802.16m-08/298r1 (DL control) and C802.16m-08/517 (DL PHY) for inclusion into revised SDD • Review contributions from SDD Call for Contributions and appoint Rapporteurs to initiate draft text activities for input to session #56 Partially done– Reviewed about 50% of the input contributions into each CFC area and established Rapporteur groups to harmonize all inputs • New Rapporteur Groups Charter and scope are contained in IEEE 802.16m-08/023: • HARQ – Sassan Ahmadi, Shashikant Maheshwari, Thierry Lestable • Preamble – Dr. Chris Williams, Paul Cheng • UL Control – Roshni Srinivasan, Andrea Bacioccola • ULPHY- Ron Murias, Apostolos Papathanassiou, Changhoi Koo • DL MIMO – Minnie Ho, Zhouyue (Jerry) Pi, Yong Sun IEEE 802.16m-08/021
