  1. Sending the File Interoffice

  2. Right click on the file you want to send

  3. Left click on “Copy”

  4. Click on the BDT Accountant icon

  5. Right click on “Interoffice”

  6. Left click on “Open Location”

  7. Right click inside the Interoffice window

  8. Left click on “Paste”

  9. Close the Interoffice window

  10. Click “Refresh”

  11. Click on the plus sign next to “Interoffice”

  12. Right click on the file

  13. Left click on “Send”

  14. Click “Yes”

  15. Click on the name of the colleague you want to send the file

  16. Click “Send”
