Exercise works when eating the right foods.You could spend 200 dollars less just either going for a run for 20-30 minutes and going to a local gym. That is your P90x. Because all the movements in P90x are just dumbed down gym work outs. Work outs that you will actually be more successful if you try them at a GYM.There is no FAST method into getting that flat stomach. That's right. You have to actually work for it.
