Effects of Treatments on T-bet and Stat-1 Protein Levels in Brain and Spinal Cord

This study investigates the expression levels of T-bet and Stat-1 (Tyr701) proteins in the brain and spinal cord under various treatment conditions (Control, AL, SAL, CL, NAWM). The data shows significant differences in the protein levels, with a notable increase in the 58 kD and 84 kD GAPDH bands compared to controls. Statistical analyses indicate p-values less than 0.001, confirming the significance of these findings. This research contributes to understanding the molecular mechanisms in neuroinflammatory and neurodegenerative diseases.
