Iron Maiden and Aerosmith • Currently publishes 13 issues a year.

It publishes more than 150 magazines in fields such as video games, technology, automotive, music, cycling, films and photography.[1] Future is the official magazine company of all three major games console manufacturers. • A local British Publisher set up in Somerset in 1985 by Chris Anderson • Manly used for video game magazine

  4. Distribution • The distribution of classic rock magazine is world wide. The use of E-Books through the kindle server has changed the era of books and magazines. Classic rock opened its online magazine in 2012 and broke many records on its first day. E-Books or E-magazines is the future for Magazines.

Distribution con. • Classic rock is available in many big name news agency's such as co-op WHSmiths Tesco and many more. • Classic rock can also be found in major music stores such as HMV and Wire. It is also available online. • Monthly subscriptions: • Classic rock can be subscribed annually or Monthly. This is a big seller in the US and UK as more people buy the magazine through subscriptions than online or in store.

Ideas in planning I am going to have a look at different styles of the magazine and do a break down of a cover to give me ideas of how I can use design and distribution to sell my magazine to my target audience. With the ideas constructed I can start planning my own magazine cover contents and double page spread.

  7. Brake down of Magazine Cover Main title: Use of the logo and font to classic rock Main Picture: of a band to draws fans of band to buy magazine. Also inspires other bands to be front cover. Sub-heading: an inside story with catchy intro Free give away: a CD to make people buy magazine and to sell a type of music. Award badge: a badge that symbolises something big in the magazine industry. They bigger the award the more people you attract to buy your magazine Artist Name: Big names can inspire people to read further into story's making them want to buy again
