  2. Project goals • Create a national database for animal vaccinations (accessible via internet??). At first this database would be aimed for horses, dogs and cats. • Develop a mobile application for veterinarians. • With the help of the mobile application veterinarians can store vaccination information into the database. • Veterinarians are always in a hurry, so the application has to be very simple to use. • Aim in this project is to make a prototype of the whole “system” • The system is aimed for officials and various associations’ happenings (shows, competitions etc.)

  3. Insert vaccination information to mobile phone Insertanimal’s information to mobile phone All information is sent by mobile phone to national database

  4. The system will hopefully get developed further for commercial use! Following subjects are important for the group to think through • How can the system be developed further? • What technologies should be used? • What coding language is needed? • How should the system be maintained? • Etc…..
