  2. Welcome to AUL Air University Library (AUL) is located in the center of Chennault Circle on Maxwell AFB, Montgomery, AL. AUL is the repository of more than 2.6 million items. Our traditional paper collection includes military documents, books and monographs, periodicals and newspapers, maps and charts, policy directives and instructions.

Fairchild, the founder and first commander of Air University
