Process Steps & Schedule • Two Planning Teams Core Team (CT) Members Full Planning Team (FPT) Members • Stakeholder Input Integrated Report of Focus Groups and Survey • FPT individually completes SWOT & Environmental Scan • CT develops Values, Vision and Mission (VVM) • FPT reviews and comments on VVM • CT finalizes VVM

  15. Process Steps & Schedule • FPT reviews Integrated Report, completes Situation Analysis and drafts Goals & Objectives • CT finalizes Goals and Objectives • Consultants compile final content for Strategic Plan and submit to KYVL • KYVL prepares Strategic Plan for distribution • Celebration!
