Registered nurse/licensed practical nurse • Responsibilities include: Patient advocacy and basic medical preventative care as ordered by the Physician, Physician Assistant, or Nurse Practitioner including immunizations, reviewing the patient’s medical history, completing new patient admissions, and interdisciplinary collaboration with outpatient services, counseling, dieticians, basic need or other resources. • It is expected that all employees provide ethical care, carry themselves professionally, collaborates respectfully, and honors patient privacy. • Qualifications Required: Current license to practice as RN or LPN in State of Michigan • Competitive wages and benefits offered

Physician Assistant/nurse practitoner • Responsibilities include: Primary and preventative medical care include: physical assessment, diagnosis, medication management, outpatient testing, and referral to specialists or emergency care. • It is expected that all employees provide ethical care, carry themselves professionally, collaborate respectfully, and honors patient privacy. • Qualifications Required: Current License to Practice as a Physician Assistant, Family Nurse Practitioner, or Adult Nurse Practitioner in the State of Michigan • Competitive wages and benefits offered
