  2. Rima IX Besa el aura que gime blandamentelas leves ondas que jugando riza;el sol besa a la nube en occidentey de púrpura y oro la matiza;la llama en derredor del tronco ardientepor besar a otra llama se desliza;y hasta el sauce, inclinándose a su peso,al río que le besa, vuelve un beso.

  3. Rima X Los invisibles átomos del aireen derredor palpitan y se inflamanel cielo se deshace en rayos de orola tierra se estremece alborozada. Oigo flotando en olas de armoníarumor de besos y batir de alas,mis párpados se cierran...¿Qué sucede?¿Dime?... ¡Silencio!... ¿Es el amor que pasa?

  4. Rima XVII Hoy la tierra y los cielos me sonríen;hoy llega al fondo de mi alma el sol;hoy la he visto.., la he visto y me ha mirado...¡Hoy creo en Dios!

  5. Rima XX Sabe, si alguna vez tus labios rojosquema invisible atmósfera abrasada,que al alma que hablar puede con los ojos,también puede besar con la mirada.

  6. Rima XXI —¿Qué es poesía? —dices, mientras clavasen mi pupila tu pupila azul—;¿Qué es poesía...? ¿Y tú me lo preguntas?¡Poesía... eres tú!
