Interpreting Your Score • A score of 300 or above - indicates that you are experiencing a high level of change and stress in your life. • Research shows that you have an 80% probability of encountering a major illness in the next two years. • A score of 150-300 - indicates a 50% chance for illness • A score under 150 - indicates a 33% chance for illness

Strategies for Increasing EQ • Take time to choose an appropriate course of action. • Be candid • Ask for feedback. • Be self-confident. • Don’t over-react when things don’t go your way. • Accept and develop skill in coping with ambiguity and change. • Be motivated by a strong internal desire to achieve for the sake of achievement, not (just) for material success. • Track your progress. • Consider others in all of your decisions. • Take time for people.
