  5. 2853 Congressional NotificationCost • Defined under Title 10 USC Sec. 2853 • Required when project’s cost ($) changes • Increases greater than 25% or $2M over PA • Decreases greater than 25% or $4M, whichever is less • Coordination through NGB/A7/FM/LL and SAF/GCN/LLP/FML then signature by SAF/FMA/IEI • Notification is taking 20 – 40 days

Project Data System Coming Soon! • Current System • The Project Data System (PDS) tracks progress and financial information on Military Construction Projects and Sustainment, Restoration and Modernization Projects for the National Guard Bureau. • PDS in Microsoft Access since 1996 • In 1999, back end database changed to SQL Server to accommodate growing data • Must have access to ANGRC network and logged in to see the data
