What reports have been enhanced? • The following Complete Information reports have been enhanced • 001 Buildings – Owned Complete Information • 019 Buildings - Leased Complete Information • 030 Land - Owned/Withdrawn Complete Information • 035 Land - Ingrant Complete Information FIMS Standard Report Enhancements - FIMS/Real Estate Workshop June 2-6, 2008

What changes will you see? • An extensive review was completed for all the Complete Information reports • All missing data elements specific for each property type/ownership were added to the report • Such as Estimated Disposition Year, Operating Costs, Restrictions, RPV Model, Site Factor, Using Organization, … • The Seismic data elements were removed from the PDF format but will display on the Excel format FIMS Standard Report Enhancements - FIMS/Real Estate Workshop June 2-6, 2008

What changes will you see? • The Occupant information has been removed from the building and trailer reports • This eliminates the creation of multiple rows for each asset (Property ID) when generating the report to the Microsoft Excel format (.xls) • Report 007 – Occupant can be used to extract the same Occupant information by asset 001 Owned Complete Information – Excel format FIMS Standard Report Enhancements - FIMS/Real Estate Workshop June 2-6, 2008

  8. When will these reports be available? • Release tentatively scheduled for the week of June 16th • An announcement will be made on the June FIMS Conference Call FIMS Standard Report Enhancements - FIMS/Real Estate Workshop June 2-6, 2008

Why were these reports reformatted? • One report will extract the “complete information” for a single asset from FIMS • The Excel format allows complete customization by a Site • Columns can be cut, moved, filtered, formatted and totaled to create a site specific custom report by asset or summary level totals FIMS Standard Report Enhancements - FIMS/Real Estate Workshop June 2-6, 2008
