  2. Future FIMS Enhancements • These are just ideas and some of them may not be implemented • Will have to go through the change control process

  3. Future FIMS Enhancements • Audit Report • Shows date and user of a modified data element • Allow Users to Update Password on Locked Accounts • Have to follow DOE policy guidelines • Security questions • Unlock accounts with password no older than 180 days

  4. Future FIMS Enhancements • Anomaly Reports • Anomalies are potential issues that should be looked at • Excess Indicator is “Yes” but Utilization percentage > 0% • Actual Maintenance (AM) > Replacement Plant Value (RPV) • Allow FIMS users the ability to run the same checks we do at year end

Future FIMS Enhancements • Asset Photos • Current State (13% of Buildings have photos) • Use in PDF Reports • Thumbnails on Prop Info window or on Property list • Grid view with photos and key metrics • Expand to Trailers, Land and OSF • Attach Documents • Source documentation for Validations • Lease Agreements • Occupancy Agreements

Future FIMS Enhancements • Ad Hoc Reporting Enhancements • Share saved reports • Display a greater number of assets and data elements in report • Advanced Ad Hoc • Current Ad Hoc would stay as is • Search on any data element • Add equals, greater than, less than and like options • Graphs • Excel reports or Embedded in FIMS • Graphing tool based on historical data. • Graphing tool allowing user to select X and Y axis

  7. Future FIMS Enhancements • Program Office, Site, Area level Data • Show metrics such as Gross Sqft RPV, Deferred Maintenance • Allow drilldown from Program Office to Site and Area • Ability to export data to Excel or PDF
