Overview of System - Introduction • Name EOS stands for Greek God. • Mainly to handle Redressing in warehouse. • Using customized QI Flag in SAP to track different needs of Redressing depends on Supplier and Products needs. • Mainly use for Inbound Redressing • Seldom use for Outbound Redressing( to redress to comply hospital standard) EOS Overview (Demo)

  8. EOS Program • Document Department will trigger invoice information from SAP system into IDC system via T-Code ZTHSD_OC_GEN_U029. Invoices need to be download less than 5 mins. • Same staging files is use for EOS Program • Using customized QI Flag in SAP to track different needs of Redressing depends on Supplier and Products needs. • User to maintain QI flag in Material Master EOS Overview (Demo)

  10. > Setting - QI Flag EOS Program Status Description. • “Temperature verification” is needed • “Supplier approval” is needed • “Redressing” is needed • “Approval after redressing” is needed “QI” flag is maintained in Mat. Master to distinguish redressing/approval requirements

(third party doing the redressing) 7. ติด Q redress - Need redressing regardless create job or not. 8. Q01-Q12 - Q1 flag (can further filer by Q1 text box) 9. GR ทั้งหมด - Good received Supp-packing material YQ10-YQ11 PM-packing material YQ00-YQ01 Create Job

Pending Reason Code

  19. EOS Program > Assignment Form >Create job - from GR • Job order form is filled in by staff manually • A pre-printed barcode is affixed to the form

  20. EOS Program > Assignment Form >Create job - from GR • Job barcode is scanned to link Job Number to GR data • TO is created in SAP to transfer goods from GR area to VAS staging area, then TO barcode is scanned into Eos to link Job ↔ TO.
