Recommendations • WAG should be one of the key concepts of WGISS technology • To list WAG (Wide Area Grid) as an important technical interesting point • To promote it to be WGISS key technical solution to support (v) constellations and sensor web etc. • By CNES • Grid technology and Data Democracy • Grid can be technical basement for EO data democracy • Chuang Liu’s project—UN-GAID/eSDDC • WGISS involved APN project • Inter-Agency Collaborative Technologies in Earth Observations (EO) for Global Change Research in the Asia-Pacific Region • By NRSCC

Next Step: CEOS Huge Disaster EO Data Aid Action (HDEDAA) • First Stage: as a WGISS project with one years proid • Next Stage: as a GEO action contributed by CEOS • Strategic Target • To organize WGISS space agency members to contribute to huge nature disaster. • To use WGISS technologis to help the disaster mitigation. • To do what we can do now. • Technical Target • To generat an mechnism to take fast response for the huge nature disaster in the way of EO data assisitant. • To build and maintain an flexible portal, which can connect to the temporary and dynamic assistant data storages.

Operation mechism • WGISS Key Team make decision to start Assistant action through teleconfrenece when huge disaster happens. • Calling for contribution from member agency. • HDEDAA team collect the necessary information about the assistant data. • HDEDAA built out the Portal for the disaster country.
