  2. IED Self Contained, Full-Service Modular M2 Offshore Wireline Unit • This heavy duty M2 series skid-mounted wireline hoist unit is specifically outfitted for working in offshore environments. The proven and versatile direct driven hoist is powered by a dependable diesel-engine driven hydraulic power-pack.This power-pack is a fully self contained transportable unit offering multi-tasking service capability in either open or cased hole services. The unit is constructed to meet A60 regulations. An auxiliary hoist drum is available for completion services. The skid unit has complete fluid containment systems.

FEATURES and BENEFITS • Logging cabin constructed to meet A60 fire rating • Air-conditioners that use non CFC-12 refrigerant • Upgradeable to Zone II • Protected by a crash frame to minimize damage while in transit. The all-steel welded construction is built from A-36 structural steel and hot galvanized to prevent corrosion • All aluminum cabin materials coated and painted to resist corrosion common to the marine environment • Self contained, stand alone power-pack provided all necessary hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical power • Wall mounted instrument racks accommodate any acquisition system • Interchangeable open-hole and split drum is available, as well as auxiliary drum for cased hole operations
