Relevant Information • $1.75 million for 30 years @ a rate not to exceed 5.25% • Bonds will be serviced using auxiliary revenue • Auxiliary purposes • Proceeds will be used to renovate and expand Chambers Cafeteria on the campus of Arkansas Tech University • Based on 36,997 gross square feet, $46,246 will be transferred annually for maintenance. (36,997 x $1.25 = $46,246)

Relevant Information • $4.15 million for 30 years @ a rate not to exceed 4.0% • Bonds will be serviced using tuition & fee revenue • Educational and general purposes • Proceeds from this new bond issue will be used to acquire certain properties and educational facilities in Howard County, Arkansas through the exercise of an option to purchase and pay off the remainder of the capital lease previously issued by a third party.

Relevant Information • $3 million for 15 years @ a rate not to exceed 5.0% • Loan will be serviced with revenue from skybox lease holders and NCAA revenue • Auxiliary purposes • Proceeds will be used to defease debt held by the University of Central Arkansas Foundation to fund projects benefitting the University including the Skybox and Weight Training Facility • Based on 13,523 square feet $16,904 will be transferred to plant funds annually. (13,523 x $1.25 = $16,904)

Universities Methodology • Total Possible Points = 10 • To reach the goal of doubling the number of degrees, a goal of bachelor's& all credentials awarded is calculated based on the current proportional share of degrees awarded statewide. The goal is increased annually from the base year of 2009-10 by 4.73% to provide the needed increase toward the overall state goal of doubling the number of degrees • The remaining measures compare average of the most recent 2 years to an average of the previous 3 years • Compensatory points for percentage of Pell receiving undergraduates may be added to the total points, but cannot increase the total points above 10.

Doctor of Philosophy in Epidemiology • The PhD in Epidemiology degree is designed to: educate researchers in the causes of diseases; health outcomes such as cancer, cardiovascular diseases, diabetes, and obesity; and identify the factors that influence their occurrences. • The PhD in Epidemiology is supported by UAMS Colleges of Public Health, Medicine, Pharmacy, and Nursing; and the Institutes of Cancer, Translational Research, Aging, Psychiatric Research, Spine & Neuroscience, Eye, and Myeloma.
