Chief Complaint. دل پیچه و اسهال. History of Present Illness. بیمار خانم 55 ساله ای هستند که از دل پیچه و اسهال از 4 سال قبل شکایت دارد. کاهش وزن قابل توجه را ذکر میکند که اندازه دقیق آن را نمیداند. بیمار همچنین از رکتوراژی هم شکایت دارد. تهوع ندارد. استفراغ ندارد. ملنا ندارد.
